Kettwiger Schwimmfest
The international Junior Swim Festival of the SV Kettwig 07 e.V. is held every year in the Kettwig open-air swimming pool and is known to be the only open-air swimming competition in Essen.
Every year, about 300 swimmers participate in the competition for medals and new personal records.
Despite the unpredictable weather conditions, such as rain, thunderstorms, cold or heat, the "Kettwiger Schwimmfest" ist always a great event and brings a lot of joy to all participants every year.
